About Me
Hey there! Welcome to Camp House Goods. I'm a wife, mom, and Grammy to 5 perfect grandchildren. I'm a Retired Camp Director and my life is about pursuing Christ, enjoying family & friends, and my hobbies.
As a former Camp Director, it's obvious where Camp House Goods got it start. I needed a new challenge and creative outlet in the slower, winter months. My mom taught me early on how to sew and gave me a love for crafty things. So, about 6 years ago I took up leather work in my little bit of free time and started Camp House Leather. It was mostly me making Christmas gifts for family, but I loved it and I fell in love with hand-sewing. I found it to be a relaxing way to recover from busy days at camp. My go-to baby gift for many years has been a hooded towel that I made from any cute towels I could find. When I retired, I received multiple requests for me to sell my hooded towels. So, that's when Camp House Kids came along, and I needed to create the parent company of Camp House Goods.
Here I am today, I've been selling at markets and craft shows and I finally finished my website. Please, feel free to look around and ask me questions. I do have an instagram account, where I will post semi-frequently.
So, whether you're here for a hooded towel or are curious about a leather basket, I invite you to explore all of Camp House Goods. Who knows, you might just find that perfect piece that brings a smile to your face and a touch of whimsy to your life.
